Welcome
The Sacramento Chinese Community Service Center (the Center) was founded in
1978 to aid newly arrived Chinese immigrants in dealing with the myriad challenges
of immigration and cultural adaptation. Today, we strive to honor and perpetuate
each person's culture of origin. In the last few years we've expanded our programs
to help non-Chinese immigrants, refugees and other disadvantaged groups including
the Hmong, Mien, Vietnamese, Ukrainian and Russian populations in Sacramento.
The Center serves more than 4,000 clients each year, including a significant number
of at-risk youth and the elderly.
